In Conversation with Martin Symons
Martin is an adventurer who has enjoyed mountaineering, rock climbing, sailing and long distance challenges in his ‘Boma’, a four wheeled ‘cycle’.
His latest achievement was taking the Boma from Coast to Coast across the UK in July this year.
Martin is also the Chairman of Norfolk Disability Pride, he’s a disability rights campaigner and a bit of a joker.
Martin has a rare condition called Klippel-Feil Syndrome and lives with a range of complex disablities.
Hear Martin talk about his life, his adventures and his challenges. He’ll be in conversation with his niece, Abigail, at the end of the Disability Pride event at The Forum on Sunday 29 September.
The ticket price includes a glass of wine and the profits from the event will support Norfolk Disability Pride.
